Park City 2006
Skiing with Friends
Amy took this photo as we
were riding one of the ski
lifts at Alta Ski Area.
Alta is the highest of the ski
areas. It had the best snow
conditions and almost no
one on the slopes.

mountain at Alta Ski Area.
This beautiful photo of the
aspens was taken from a
lift at the Canyons.
This photo was taken at
Park City Mountain looking
down on a portion of Park
City.

run down a slope at Park
City Mountain.
The last week of
February we took off
for a week of skiing in
Park City, Utah. Our
good friends Earl and
Joanne Dunivan from
Martinez happened to
be there at the same
time. We were able
together for and a very
enjoyable evening.
We had a two
bedroom condo at the
Marriott Mountainside
resort so we invited
Ken and Sue Chen to
join us for the week. It
was an unusually
warm week with
daytime temperatures
in the 40's. That
made for some very
comfortable spring
like skiing, however,
we did get rained our
one day.
The good news was
that the night time
temperatures were
below freezing and we
ended up with two
days of fresh power.
We skied at The
Canyons, Park City
Mountain and Alta Ski
Area. This was our
first time skiing in Utah
and we were very
impressed. We
definitely plan to ski
Utah again.
